POWER CONSIGNORS (Sellers that have 300+ items in their inventory):

NEW REQUIREMENT:  ALL CONSIGNORS PICKING UP UNSOLD ITEMS WITH 300+ ITEMS IN THEIR INVENTORY WILL NEED TO HELP 2 HOURS DURING BREAKDOWN (Anytime between 1pm and 8pm on Sunday.)

• Please consider adding on 2 additional hours of help.  Remember, 4-hours of help qualifies you for 65% profit and early shopping!

• In the event you are not able to help at breakdown, please let us know at drop-off.  You can choose to pay a $20 Sorting Fee.  We will hire staff to help at breakdown on your behalf.  We need to know if you cannot make a breakdown help shift at drop off on Wednesday, so we can reserve the additional help needed for Sunday.  Your other option is to consider marking all your unsold items to be donated.

Thursday, 6/7: 130pm-8:30pm

You may drop off your items anytime during this time frame.  No appointment necessary.

What To Expect at Drop Off:
1. Bring in ONE tagged item, your signed Consignor Agreement, Car Seat Checklist and Crib Waiver (if applicable) to start your check in process.

2.  A friendly JBF Team Member will greet you and give you further instructions.

3.  Gather your items from your car.  We have rolling racks available on a first come, first serve basis.  It is highly recommended if you have a wagon to bring that to help put your items out.

4.  If required, go to Inspection Station.  This is an education station where we will review your items for any missed stains, hangers are the correct size and tag placement is correct.  We would rather educate our consignors if there is something wrong so that you can fix it immediately instead of it being pulled from the sales floor and not having a chance to sell.

5.  After inspection, you will place all items on the sales floor, so please plan to allow 30 minutes to an hour for this process depending on how many items you are selling.  It is highly recommended that clothing is sorted by gender and size and like toys grouped together.

6.  Selling any large bulky items that don’t fit easily in our Ikea shopping bags?  If so, your item will require our Yellow Claim Tickets.  You will receive a barcode label and your Yellow Claim Ticket.  Safely secure to your item and place near like items on the sales floor.

PICK UP
Sunday, 8pm-9pm

All items that have not been picked up are donated at 9:01pm.

What To Expect at Pick Up:
We recommend bringing your own bin or bags to transport any unsold items home.  You are able to send someone else to pick up your items, just make sure during drop off you write the name of the person picking up on your waiver.  They will be asked to show ID before they will be allowed to leave with your items.
1.  All items will be sorted by consignor #.  Make sure you know your consignor # prior to pick up.  Please remember to bring your ID.  You will need to show this to retrieve your items.

2. Clothing will be on the racks and your table items will be directly underneath the clothing.

3. Gather your items and pick up your consignor waiver that will be taped on the floor.

4. Upon leaving, be sure to check the missing tags items.  These are items that had their tags fall off during the event.

5. Show your ID on your way out.

Infant to Junior size 3

**ALL CLOTHING MUST BE ON HANGERS**

Hang on child size (or appropriate size if teen/maternity) hanger with hook facing left (like a question mark); Attach multiple items together with tagging gun or safety pins so that pieces cannot be separated. 

Tagless clothing: Attach JBF tag to item’s tag or an inside seam along the collar (so that you don’t put an extra hole in the item) and be sure the tag is easily seen on the front of the item (pull on tag to be sure it is secured). 

Outfits: Don't forget to pin the shirts and pants together.  This ensures that if something falls off the hanger, it will stay with it's mate.

We will only accept junior sizes up to size 3 (or size small)

Accessories

Examples: Socks, tights, mittens, hats, etc.

Attach sets of items (for example, 6 pairs socks) together with tagging gun or safety pins (be sure multiple pieces cannot be separated) and place in clear self-seal bag. 

Attach JBF tag to outside of bag with clear packaging tape.

Shoes

Shoes must be in good condition.  Attach together using either curling ribbon or zipties.  If shoes that can't be ziptied, they can also be put in a clear bag.  

Bedding, Blankets & Swaddles

Bedding:  Put bedding/crib/bedroom sets together in a giant clear bag. 

Blankets:  If possible, put on a hanger and safety pin both sides so that it doesn't fall off the hanger.

Swaddle blankets: Please place on hanger.  You'll put them in the newborn section of clothing. 

Infant Items

Examples: Nursing covers/pillows, feeding items, monitors, safety items, diapering/toileting items, rattles. 

If item has multiple pieces use packaging tape, tagging gun, safety pins or clear selfseal bags to keep items attached together; Batteries must be included.

 

Toys

Use clear bags or clear cling wrap to hold multiple items together.  Put into a clear bag and tape to secure.  Large pieces? Upon check-in don't forget to grab a large yellow claim ticket and print out barcodes. 

Don't forget batteries!
 

 

Books & DVDs

Please use blue painters tape when securing tags for books.  We don't want to damage the book. 

Multiple sets?  Tie them together (curling ribbon works great). 
 

 

Games & Puzzles

Please make sure all the pieces are there!  Tape boxes closed.

Plush Characters

We only accept name-brand characters, Build-A-Bears and accessories and any battery operated stuffed/plush toys.  Sorry, no Beanie Babies or generic stuffed/plush toys.

Large Items

Exersaucers, swings, high chairs, changing tables, cribs (Manufactured AFTER June 28, 2011; please bring a completed Crib Checklist for all cribs), strollers, bath seats, baby walkers, car seats must have a completed Car Seat Checklist & car seat accessories must be checked for safety recalls, must have all parts, and be in good condition.
